UN issues blunt warning on climate change risk | Journal

A new UN climate report says carbon emissions must be cut sharply and soon. If that doesn't happen, the study says climate change will have a severe and irreversible impact on mankind. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's latest report is based on the work of thousands of scientists.
